HOW TO BE A S2W FELLOW
Eligibility
Proficient in English
Volunteering, facilitation or teaching experience in the space of arts and children’s education.
Graduates from any background are eligible; undergraduates must show coursework before the Fellowship starts.
Experience with any of the art forms (visual, performance, fine arts)
SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process is similar to a classroom experience. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Yet, here are our guiding principles when looking at applications

Strong believer in student voice, and freedom to express, create, and question status quo

Ability to be imaginative and creative while designing projects

Believer in a sense of possibility to tackle difficult situations

Belief in collectives, student autonomy, and ownership
PROCESS
Step 1: Application
Prework - video presentation, planning a class for children
Step 2: Assessment
Demo - spend a day with a child and in the community - curate any creative experience for the children
Step 3: Personal Interview
Understand your journey, why, passion
Step 4: Result
Offer release to prospective Fellows
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
₹10,000 per month excluding reimbursement​
